Kitchen Porter - Dublin

Our client, a luxury hotel in Dublin, is seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join their culinary team. This is a vital back-of-house role, supporting the chefs and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with food preparation tasks when required
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
• Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred but not essential
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Good level of physical fitness
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
