About the Role

Swingyard, located at Elmgreen Golf Centre in Dublin 15, is an exciting, newly renovated golf entertainment venue offering a unique experience for guests of all ages. With in-bay dining, a licensed café, an outdoor terrace and state-of-the-art ball-tracking technology, we combine great food, entertainment and hospitality in one vibrant setting.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are keen to develop your skills, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, fries and other quick-service dishes.


• Order Management: Work efficiently to ensure orders are prepared accurately, consistently and on time.


• Food Presentation: Ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard before being served to guests.


• Kitchen Operations: Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen during busy service periods.


• Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, monitoring inventory, replenishing supplies and minimising food waste.


• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen, following all food safety and hygiene procedures.


• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues across the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent guest experience.


• Health & Safety: Follow all company procedures and food safety standards, including HACCP requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen, fast-food or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Reliable, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality and food safety.


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.


• HACCP training is an advantage; however, full training will be provided where required.
