Late Night Floor Team Member

Reports To: Bar Manager

Location: Crown Quarter, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Floor Team Member to join our team at Crown Quarter. As a member of the floor team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have a fantastic experience in our high-energy, late-night venue. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the smooth operation of the venue. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.


• Clear tables, manage glassware, and maintain overall cleanliness of the venue.


• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure compliance with venue policies, including responsible alcohol service.


• Work closely with bartenders and security to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.


• Assist in setting up and closing down the venue, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for service.


• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.


• Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
