What We Need:

Global Services are diverse teams of specialists offering varied services from more than 8 geographical locations. Our creative development group is seeking a Lead Producer with AAA Production experience who is ready for the challenge of Leading our Production teams in several AAA projects.

This position will require working closely with our Production and Management teams in Dublin Ireland, United States, and Valencia Spain, as well as other 2K development teams all over the world. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about making high quality games.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise creative development production process and continually improve production processes based on effective metrics in a distributed global environment.


• Support and lead execution on creative development strategies.


• Help troubleshoot and balance resources based on project needs.


• Review development scope, resources, development roadmaps and plans to fulfill project schedules and adjust as necessary.


• Lead efforts to develop mentoring plans to foster growth.


• Lead reviewing cycles and personal development goals.


• Work closely with the creative development Studio Directors to maintain regular updates and help resolving potential challenges.


• Understand requirements and critical timelines. Collaborate with game teams across 2K to balance dependencies, deliveries, and output targets.


• Build effective projects' organizational structures and continually adjust based on need.


• Anticipate and identify risks and setbacks in organization and development; enact plans for course correction.


• Directly manage Senior Producers in career development and process improvements.

What would make you successful:

• 7+ years in AAA game production and have shipped 3+ AAA games from inception to release.


• Formal experience and knowledge in production and project management.


• Analytical approach to problem solving with a strong desire to find measurable improvement.


• Excellent coaching skills and Emotional IQ to read the team and create a positive environment in the workplace.


• Strong communication, trust, and relationship building skills.


• Passion for making valuable contributions to 2K Games.
