The Lean Architect will be accountable for evaluating and coaching the programme on the identified solution(s) of the end state roadmap (timelines, the business end-state vision, projected benefits and costs, etc.). Acts as sounding board for Programme and Business on solution, change outlook and ability to change. Provides advice, direction and coaching to Design and Delivery teams in the delivery of overall engagement and use of principles and tools. Key stakeholder management/engagement and communication up to and including senior levels of management, to ensure that key communications including status updates, issues, challenges, risks are consistently delivered.
