Learning and Development Facilatator (Temporary role 10-12 months)

Join the Nourish Learning and Development team as we continue to elevate the customer experience across our stores. We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Learning & Development Facilitator (Product Knowledge and Customer Experience) to deliver training that supports and empowers our teams, strengthens product knowledge, and enhances overall store performance. 

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that combines training expertise, strong communication, high level product knowledge and coaching to support our retail teams in delivering exceptional customer experience. 

This role requires 2 days in store (nationwide) working, 1 day working from Head Office (Santry), and 2 days working remotely each week. You will be required to work one weekend day per month. Access to your own car is preferred for travel purposes.

This is a fixed term temporary role with a duration of approximately ten to twelve months. (You will be able to return to your previous role or offered a role with no less favourable terms when the temporary role comes to an end).

Key Responsibilities

• Travelling to store locations nationwide, providing coaching and mentoring to support product knowledge and customer experience.


• Developing and delivering training presentations and other activities both in-person and virtually.


• Work closely with store managers and retail operations to identify training priorities and tailor programs to meet local needs.


• Carrying out administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of training initiatives.


• Creating content and learning materials to support continuous in store learning and development, including content for our internal LMS.


• Company leader to ensure a culture of excellent customer experience is maintained.


• Provide learning and development support for new store openings, including pre- and post-launch activities. Depending on the location, this may involve occasional overnight stays and extended periods on site.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.


• Holds extensive knowledge within Health and Wellbeing.


• Has experience in holding group trainings.


• A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and support teams.


• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for customer experience.


• Technical ability to utilise LMS, MS suite, Canva and other training platforms efficiently.


• Willingness to travel to stores and work flexibly when required.
