Job Description - Learning & Performance Business Partner
You will act as a strategic learning and performance partner to business and HR leaders, shaping and delivering initiatives that build future-ready skills & capabilities, accelerate talent growth, and drive high performance through learning and embedding initiatives within teams. You will balance strategic influence with hands-on programme management, ensuring talent development priorities translate into meaningful business impact. Key Accountabilities 1. Business Partnering Translate the capability gaps identified into clear, actionable programme plans, from learning to embedding. Act as a trusted advisor — supporting, challenging, and influencing stakeholders to make evidence-based talent decisions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities that strengthen internal mobility and support career progression across vertical and lateral pathways. Build and own the plan for Talent evolution in your business areas, ensuring talent development is central to each business area's priorities, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Enable people leaders to understand their role in supporting on our talent, facilitate high quality talent reviews, ensuring clear actions, succession depth, and strong follow through on development commitments. Design, build, and deliver upskilling and reskilling programmes that develop critical future focused skills, in partnership with vendors and areas of expertise Manage the end-to-end delivery of targeted learning, skills, and capability programmes, working closely with internal experts and external vendors. Enable embedding and adoption of learning programmes, by supporting individuals and people leaders to adapt new ways of working that will embed new capabilities. Support the performance cycle within your business area, ensuring quality conversations, meaningful goal setting, and clear development actions. Provide insight driven recommendations, using evidence to challenge assumptions and support talent investments. Strong strategic business partnering capability with the ability to influence and challenge confidently. Experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development. Programme and project management skills, with the ability to execute at pace in matrix environments. Ability to navigate and lead through change effectively. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; strong ability to manage group and interpersonal dynamics. Demonstrated ability to build high trust relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders. Comfortable working with ambiguity, pressure, and shifting priorities. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a KPI driven approach to impact measurement. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect insights, anticipate future needs, and shape long-term solutions. Experience working in Global, matrix organisation. Ability to influence across multiple levels and functions. Background in Organisational Psychology or Behaviour (preferred).
