Position: Legal Operations Associate (Polish)

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process requests coming from law enforcement entities (e.g. Police, law firms) related to user data in the back office (no contact with the customer)
• Stay sensitive to user privacy and legal requirements
• Analyze and interpret the language of these requests
• Conduct highly repetitive, detailed, procedural tasks
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Polish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Fluent in English, at least B2 level
• Professional, respectful, and trustworthy, with a strong focus on confidentiality
• Detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering high-quality work even on repetitive tasks
• Strong reading comprehension and comfortable following detailed processes independently, while knowing when to ask for help or escalate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with data entry tasks and working efficiently with data
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the organization
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative roles with a focus on precision and accuracy

OFFER:

• Fixed-Term Working contract and duration of 11 months, permanent contract after 4 renewals
• 40 Hours per week schedule - 8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour
• Rotational shift pattern during line opening hours from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
