Crown is one of Europe's leading building envelope contractors, delivering roofing, cladding and façade solutions across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. We work on some of the region's most complex and high-profile construction projects, including hyperscale data centres, pharmaceutical and commercial developments.
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Logistics & Materials Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our project in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
About the Role
Reporting to Site Management, you will be responsible for coordinating all site logistics and material movements, ensuring materials are delivered, stored and distributed safely and efficiently to support the construction programme. You will also lead the site logistics team and ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all site deliveries and material movements.
Lead the site logistics team, including Telehandler Operators, 360 Operators, Banksmen and Spotters.
Ensure materials are received, inspected and stored correctly.
Coordinate the safe offloading and movement of materials to work fronts.
Monitor material usage and maintain accurate delivery records.
Submit delivery dockets and invoices to Head Office.
Ensure plant and equipment certifications remain valid.
Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with RAMS and site safety requirements.
Liaise with Site Management, suppliers and subcontractors to support project delivery.
Carry out any additional duties as required by Site Management.
Requirements
About You
Essential
Experience in construction logistics, materials coordination or a similar site-based role.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
Experience within roofing, cladding or the building envelope sector.
Experience working on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects.

360 Excavator Operator Ticket.
Telehandler Operator Ticket.
Safe Pass.
Working at Height Training.
Manual Handling Certificate.
