Job Description - Luxury Sales Consultant Limerick

Job Title: Luxury Sales Consultant
Locations: Limerick

Reports To: Store Manager

Here at Teamworx we are delighted to be recruiting for a jewellery counter specialist for a top luxury brand

Relevant luxury experience is essential (Only candidates who meet this criteria will be short listed )

Our client is a leading luxury jeweller known for exceptional quality and craftsmanship. With a legacy of elegance and excellence, they offer a curated selection of fine jewellery, including premium watches and exquisite diamonds.

Due to continued expansion, they are now recruiting numerous experienced Luxury Sales consultants in their Cork and Limerick Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience tailored to individual customers' needs.

Develop a strong rapport with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

Advise and assist customers in selecting watches and diamonds, showcasing detailed product knowledge.

Provide insights into features, quality, and care of luxury jewellery items.

Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.

Maintain a visually appealing and clean counter display.

Ensure all items are displayed to the highest standard, reflecting the brand's luxury positioning.

Act as an ambassador, upholding the brandâs values and reputation.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including events or in-store campaigns.

Requirements:

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proven experience in luxury retail, preferarbly with watches and diamonds

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in showcasing and handling luxury goods.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
