About the Role

Diageo is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Ambassador to represent our premium spirits portfolio within the luxury on-trade sector. This is a unique opportunity to become the face of an iconic brand, inspiring industry professionals and consumers through immersive tastings, engaging training, and unforgettable events.

As a key member of our advocacy team, you’ll combine deep cocktail knowledge with natural charisma and a flair for storytelling. You will champion our brand in top-tier bars, restaurants, and events—bringing the spritz lifestyle to life across your region.

• Act as a passionate advocate for Diageo’s luxury spritz brand across the on-trade sector
• Build and nurture relationships with bartenders, bar owners, and key decision-makers
• Deliver high-impact trainings, tastings, and brand education sessions
• Support national and regional brand events, activations, and festivals
• Provide expert-level cocktail knowledge and serve as a resource for the on-trade community
• Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to support brand objectives
• Provide feedback from the trade to influence brand strategy and execution

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the on-trade (e.g., bars, restaurants, hotels)
• High-level cocktail knowledge and mixology experience
• Confident public speaker with experience leading trainings, tastings, or events
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full Irish driving license (essential)
• Willingness to travel at least 3 days per week
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
