Maintenance Electrician, Dublin 2

Maintenance Electrician sought for multi-storey commercial building based in Dublin City Centre. You will be responsible for Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of various operational Electrical systems to include; Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS systems, Battery banks, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, HVAC, Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems. 

8 hour Working day between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

Overtime available.

Essential Requirements

•Trade qualified Electrician 

•Must be client focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Have experience in completing and operating to method statements, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Actions and Permits associated with their work activities

•Experience in HVAC desirable 

•Experience in BMS desirable

•Have completed H&S training

•Ability to work on own initiative

•Flexibility to work outside normal hours 

•Ability to complete paperwork and reports 

•Enthusiastic approach to work 

•Neat appearance and manner 

•Ability to work professionally within client premises 

•IT literacy an advantage, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office desirable
