Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a national food manufacturing company, who are one of the largest manufacturers in Ireland, the company in question are looking for a Maintenance and Utilities Manager.
Job Role: Are you a experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor? You will be tasked with the responsibility of managing the various maintenance and utility departments in a large manufacturing organisation. This site is a highly automated FMCG environment, the company provides some fantastic benefits for an individual and have a development pathway to enhance personal and professional development. This role can also offer a relocation package within Ireland.
Typical Duties will involve:
Managing the maintenance team which includes both mechanical & electrical specialists and a maintenance supervisor. Managing all site utilities and facilities. Responsible for the project management of both the CAPEX & Opex budgets. Planning, mapping & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance strategy for the entire plant in conjunction with other relevant stakeholder/functions. Support to manage the technical stores department. People management, recruitment & training and development of your maintenance team. Manging a team of 39 plus Desirable experience:
Minimum of 5 years + experience management/supervisory experience Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification Have to be experienced in a manufacturing environment, food experience would be advantageous. Experience in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills Organisational skills Problem solving skills The ability to read advanced drawings. Experience of working with Advanced Safety Circuits Ability to work in Co Cork Driving license Benefits:
