Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly attend client training sessions to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products
• Create and manage customer accounts to build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve team sales goals
• Engage with new and existing customers face-to-face on behalf of our clients to strengthen brand recognition
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management
• Educate and mentor new representatives to build a strong, knowledgeable team

Qualifications and Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
