About the Position
RenaissanceRe is seeking a senior and forward-looking VP, IT Manager – Security Architecture to build, formalize, and lead our Security Architecture function. We are looking for a strategic leader to design the blueprint for this function and embed it into the fabric of our global operations.
This role goes beyond day‑to‑day delivery and focuses on establishing and scaling a sustainable Security Architecture capability. You will use your experience to help shape and evolve how Security Architecture operates at RenaissanceRe, ensuring that security is not an afterthought but a core component of every infrastructure and application lifecycle.
