Your Mission

As Managing Director, you will:

• Lead the company through its next growth cycle, evolving it into a global leader in OEE improvement and automation.
• Shape and execute our long-term strategy — aligning teams, operations, and culture around clear goals.
• Drive commercial performance — growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Foster a safe, empowered workplace culture based on empathy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Build a world-class team and develop the next generation of leadership.
• Lead expansion into new markets, support M&A activity, and stay ahead of innovation in robotics, automation, and AI.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leader in automation or machine-building.
• Strong P&L management and board-level experience preferred but not required.
• Background in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) — with deep technical and commercial understanding.
• Expertise in packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions.
• Track record of scaling teams and operations, ideally in export-oriented businesses.
• MBA or equivalent leadership training; Kaizen/CI methodologies preferred.
