Are you ready to make an impact in the world of innovative medicines? We're seeking a passionate Market Access & Strategic Partnerships Manager to be part of our vibrant team in Citywest, Dublin. In this role, you'll work closely with the Market Access & Stakeholder Relations team and cross-functional colleagues to secure access for AbbVie medicines in Ireland, playing a pivotal role in ensuring patients have access to vital treatments. You will report to the Director of Market Access & Stakeholder Relations.

As a key player, you'll work with cross-functional teams to create streamlined, effective access strategies and reimbursement applications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in the reimbursement of innovative medicines in the Republic of Ireland, leveraging your knowledge of Pharmacoeconomics, healthcare funding, pharmacy and policy contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with Ireland's health technology management entities, including the Medicines Management Programme and hospital pharmacies.
• Developing HTA, negotiation, pricing, and positioning strategies - engaging with the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics, Corporate Pharmaceutical Unit, clinical groups and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and Pricing teams to manage pricing, contracts and tender processes.
• Maximizing opportunities for AbbVie's portfolio within Ireland's healthcare contracts and pricing settings.
• Monitoring and adapting to shifts in reimbursement policies to manage market access challenges and opportunities.

• MSc or equivalent in Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Healthcare Sector, with expertise in therapeutic areas like Oncology, Neurology, Immunology.
• Strong skills in Health Technology Assessment, Health Economics Outcomes Research, and commercial negotiations.
• Familiarity with Irish healthcare policy and HSE decision-making, and expertise in contracting.
• Ability to work interdependently across diverse functions in the pharma business model, including market access, finance, commercial, legal & compliance, and medical.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Competency in clinical data analysis and synthesis
