Brand & Marketing Lead

Teamworx are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Irish retail and hospitality group to recruit a Brand & Marketing Lead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional to take ownership of marketing activity across multiple high-performing business units within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

The role combines strategy, brand development and hands-on marketing execution, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement, brand visibility and measurable commercial results.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership teams across the business, you will lead marketing initiatives that support both retail and hospitality operations, ensuring campaigns deliver strong commercial impact.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, managing campaigns end-to-end and working closely with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives
  




• Analyse campaign performance, customer trends and commercial data to drive improvements
  




• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment
  




• Build annual marketing calendars aligned to peak trading periods and key events
  

Retail Marketing

Support retail performance through targeted marketing activity including:

• Seasonal campaigns and promotional initiatives
  




• Supplier collaborations and in-store activations
  




• Community engagement and local sponsorship initiatives
  




• Experiential events designed to increase footfall and customer spend
  

Hospitality Marketing

Working alongside hotel management teams to:

• Drive occupancy and direct bookings
  




• Promote seasonal dining, weddings and special events
  




• Support campaigns that increase both leisure and corporate bookings
  

Brand & PR

• Lead brand positioning and storytelling across the group
  




• Manage PR opportunities and local media engagement
  




• Promote community initiatives and business milestones
  

Digital Marketing

Deliver and optimise digital campaigns including:

• Paid social advertising
  




• Google Ads and SEO
  




• Email marketing campaigns
  




• Social media content and growth strategies
  




• Website optimisation and performance tracking
  
  

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys delivering real business impact.

• 3-5+ years marketing experience in a commercial environment
  




• Strong hands-on digital marketing & brand experience
  




• Experience within retail, hospitality or consumer-facing sectors an advantage
  




• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  




• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  




• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
