Our collaborative work culture and dedication to innovation and technology are and will continue to be the key to our success. Job Description Job Title:                                 Marketing & Communications Coordinator Location:                                 JJ Rhatigan & Company, Galway Office  The Position An excellent opportunity has arisen within JJ Rhatigan & Co. for a highly motivated, focused, and ambitious professional to support the Marketing & Communications function. The successful candidate will support the Marketing & Communications Director and the wider marketing team to implement the agreed annual marketing plans. To continually maintain, develop and champion the JJ Rhatigan brand through support and innovation.EducationA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or related field.Professional ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on strategy development and plan management.Proven experience in brand management and building brand awareness.Demonstrated success in day-to-day marketing and communications activity both internal and external including regular newsletters.Strong background in digital marketing, including advertising, content creation, and channel development.Experience in PR initiatives, multi-channel advertising campaigns, media monitoring and reputation management.Previous experience in business development, including lead generation, use of CRM systems and producing client presentations.Coordination of and liaising with external agencies and suppliers from professional printing to website developers.Familiarity with the construction industry, especially in prequalification processes, is a plus. Skills and CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in SEO, social media, and online advertising.Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, and in particular Excel and PowerPointExperience using the Adobe Creative Suite for day-to-day presentations and content creation.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Project management skills for overseeing campaigns and initiatives.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.BehavioursProactive and self-driven with the ability to take initiative.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Team-oriented with a collaborative and inclusive approach.Demonstrates accountability and a results-driven mindset.Strong ethical and professional conduct in all interactions. Terms and ConditionsAn attractive remuneration package inclusive of benefits and bonus will be on offer to the selected candidate. To find out more about the role or to submit your CV contact [email protected]
