Our client, an award winning and market leading Insurance provider, is seeking to hire a Marketing Communications Manager for their Irish operation.

Your Role:
You will play a key role within this organisation launching their new brand in Ireland, growing brand awareness, managing brand communications, and developing a content strategy to drive the business forward towards achieving its growth targets.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be integral to company’s growth trajectory. If you’re excited about working in a fast growth scale up environment, then this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
•Develop, plan & deliver on brand, communication, & content marketing strategies, with the objective of growing the business through new customer/ lead acquisition.
•Lead the team in the development of local brand values, purpose, value propositions, tone of voice, and USPs in Ireland.
•Establish and grow brand awareness by delivering highly impactful & creative brand communication campaigns.
•Drive demand via PR by developing and executing a comprehensive consumer PR strategy for our brand.
•Drive demand via day-day management of our organic social media channels.
•Execute on SEO keyword strategy by creating website to help grow organic search traffic.
•Manage the creation and development of all brand content, assets, and advertisements.
•Own delivery of key corporate events and sponsorships.
•Achieve high share of mind amongst Irish consumers by developing distinctive, impactful, and creative brand communication campaigns.
•Be an ‘in-house’ journalist, championing company brand values, evangelising products and service with external & internal stakeholders.
•Collaborate with external agencies & colleagues to deliver award winning, creative and impactful brand communications work.
•Conduct brand, customer, and competitive research and analyse data to identify opportunities for the optimisation of our brand.

Your Skills:
•5 years+ Marketing Communications experience, working in a B2C high growth organisation.
•Educated to Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
•Experience in a scale-up environment.
•Experience working in a regulated environment in the financial services/ insurance industry or in an agency environment working with financial products would be highly desirable.
•Deep understanding of the Irish marketing landscape.
•Experience managing a brand, brand positioning, and developing creative platforms for brands.
•Campaign execution experience via ATL marketing channels, particularly via TV, Radio, Out of Home, Sponsorship, and PR.
•Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
•A track record of running multi-channel brand & communication marketing campaigns achieving growth with a B2C product/ brand.
•Strong knowledge of all the core marketing systems.
•Experience working hands-on with external agencies.
