Job Description:
Ocuco is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS technology company, working within a global organisation that offers strong potential for development and progression.
Reporting to the Acuitas Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting marketing activities, with a focus on event management, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator, and motivated to contribute to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and on-site management of industry and standalone events, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, including logistics, materials, timelines, and post-event follow-up
Assist in the development and execution of event activation strategies, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities
Support the design and creation of marketing assets, as well as the sourcing, management, and distribution of Ocuco materials for events and campaigns
Manage merchandise inventory, ensuring timely delivery to events and maintaining appropriate stock levels for all marketing and industry activities
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and product stakeholders to support day-to-day brand and campaign activities
Assist with the execution, delivery, and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns aligned with the brand marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail
Support the updating and maintenance of company databases and CRM systems, as required
Carry out ad hoc marketing activities to support wider team and business objectives
The minimum requirements:
A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, such as Business, Advertising, or Media
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, events, or customer-facing role
A strong interest in marketing and events, with a desire to build experience in a B2B environment
Familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles
Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders
Perfect fluency in written and spoken English
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in the software, healthcare, or optical industry
Experience supporting or coordinating events
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when working with internal teams and external partners
