Duties and responsibilities include;

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  


• Manage all company social media platforms, monitor audience engagement, and implement strategies to increase traffic and generate high-quality sales leads
  


• Assist with planning, creating, and managing of the content calendar
  


• Uphold and evolve the brand through consistent messaging and innovative marketing approaches
  


• Produce and curate high-quality content across all platforms
  


• Manage new Product launch campaigns
  


• Keep abreast of market trends and changes through market research
  


• Maintain marketing databases to ensure information is accurate, updated and easily accessible
  


• Assist with organising trade shows, product launches and other events
  


• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that inform strategic decisions
  


• Provide general administration support if required
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  


• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role
  


• Strong project management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, META Business Suite, CMS, CRM and email marketing software
  


• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  


• Passionate about marketing and staying updated on industry trends
  


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
