Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, and a proactive individual with an ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail. You will assist the Senior Marketing Manager in looking after all the different service lines across Ireland. Good relationship management and communication skills are essential as you will work closely with different stakeholders within the business and on multiple projects at one time. This role offers hybrid working and we are about to relocate to a new office in the city centre of Dublin. 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager to create an integrated content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals, enhances brand awareness, and engages our audiences.
  • Craft, curate, and edit high-quality content including marketing materials, newsletters, blogs, website content, videos and social media posts.
  • Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and additional selling tools. 
  • Manage and update CRM and CMS systems with a view to delivering highly focused direct marketing campaigns.
  • Organise internal and external in person events from conception to go live including booking of venue, invitations and tracking responses etc.
  • Coordinate and manage pitch process on behalf of stakeholders – strong PowerPoint and administrative skills required. InDesign experience would be very beneficial.
  • Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials in a sustainable and timely manner. 

     


Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong PowerPoint and administrative skills required.
  • Experienced with social media scheduling and community management.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Sketch is desirable but not essential.
  • InDesign experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
