Marketing Executive

Campion Insurance is one of Ireland’s largest insurance brokers, employing over 500 people in 20 locations. The business, started by Jim Campion in 1984, specialises in Financial Services, General & Commercial Insurance. In 2021 we became part of PIB Group, a specialist, independent insurance broker which employs over 3,000 people across 7 markets. Ireland is the second biggest country for PIB Group and will play an important part as we aim to double Group revenue in the coming years. 

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activity for our General Insurance portfolio. This portfolio consists of our Motor, Home, Van & Health products. The role reports directly to the Head of Digital & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute the Annual Plan for our Social Media Channels. 
• Assist with the delivery of the General Insurance marketing plan.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our creative agency.
• Work with the General Insurance New Business & Renewal Teams to create compelling customer propositions. 
• Own key deliverables on our acquisition and integration roadmap.
• Manage Website content.

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Studies specialising in Marketing.
• Preference is for a candidate with 1 years’ experience.
• Candidate must have good relationship & communication skills.
• The role will require an individual who is organised and can manage multiple projects at once.
• Digital experience is a preference.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML Coding (Wordpress, Canva, Adobe) & Mailchimp an advantage.
