Job Description - Marketing Executive - Property New Homes

Role: Marketing Executive

Essentials: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; 3+ years' marketing experience in property or building construction sectors.

Location: Dublin 4 on a hybrid model

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000

Package: Bonus scheme, pension plan, health insurance, etc.

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns

Manage and update property portals, websites and external sales platforms

Maintain accurate development information across all digital channels

Generate and track leads through CRM, providing regular reporting and insights

Analyse enquiries, campaign performance and market trends

Coordinate with agencies on campaign planning and execution

Create and manage content across social media and internal platforms

Assist in the rollout of the annual marketing plan

Coordinate events, photoshoots, video and digital content production

Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with sales plans

Maintain brand consistency and manage marketing asset libraries
