Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a motivated marketing expert with an eye for detail to join the Hallgruppen Ltd. team. As our Marketing Manager, you will have the freedom to experiment, share knowledge, and inspire, while delivering effective marketing that emphasises our brand and gets even more people to notice what we offer. Your ability to work strategically and results-orientated with marketing will be central to achieving the ambitious growth targets we have set for the coming years.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Develop and customise marketing strategies for Hallgruppen UK and Ireland
• Oversee digital marketing in the UK and Ireland, supporting sales teams with SEM, SEO, e-shots, and paid ads/social campaigns. Monitor performance, experiment with new platforms, and report results.
• Collaborate with Group marketing in website, advertising, and newsletter development.
• Partner with sales and operations to identify news stories and draft press releases.
• Manage social media, keep updated on trends, target audiences, and culture.
• Coordinate and oversee exhibitor presence at trade shows.
• Assist Group marketing with various materials, from projects to brochures and ads.

Experience

• Education or equivalent experience
• Proficient written and verbal communication with high accuracy
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis
• Good Experience of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google analytics, and proficient in social media platforms
• Good experience of website management (WordPress) and email marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation reporting
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

The Marketing Manager will be expected to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives in the UK and Ireland, working closely with the Group marketing team and the UK sales team, to grow awareness of the Hallgruppen brand and its world class temporary building solutions.
