Role Overview:

They have an exciting opening for a Mechanical Construction Site Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will lead on-site mechanical teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met, oversee scheduling and planning, and report directly to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing resources, supervising direct labour and subcontractors, ordering materials, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring strict adherence to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and manage tools, materials, and equipment, and maintain inventory levels


• Oversee construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards


• Coordinate and direct the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.


• Ensure timely delivery of project requirements.


• Communicate project progress to management and prepare audit reports.


• Supervise all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong background in Mechanical Services.

Experience with large-scale and industrial projects.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

At least 5 years of site management experience.

Keen attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
