Mechanical Site Manager Galway €60-70k

INFORM3 are currently looking for an enthusiastic and focused Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy team working on a Pharma Project in Galway. You will be responsible for managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team and overseeing projects through to completion.

To fulfil our client’s requirements, you will have 5+ years of experience delivering Mechanical installations with a proven ability to delivering HVAC Projects. You will be used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines, making use of your initiative, self-motivation and strong effective communication skills.

The role:

* Supervising mechanical design and delivery

* Reviewing project scope and ensuring the schedule and budgets are effectively managed

* Driving improvement through constant review and analysis

* Identifying potential bottlenecks

* Ensure H&S plans are adhered to

* Scheduling work according to programme

* Ensuring that project is running to cost and programme.

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

* At least 5 years of relevant experience ideally with a mechanical contractor

* Experience working in the Pharma sector

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to accept challenging assignments

* Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

* Highly organised with a proactive approach when it comes to managing your own workload.
