Job Purpose:
To assist with the coordination of a wide range of membership programmes, maximising member engagement while contributing to the implementation of the Chamber’s business strategy.
The Role:
In this role you are responsible for assisting with the administration and coordination of a wide range of programmes nationwide, supporting the Director of Leadership Development to deliver highly professional engagements on behalf of the Chamber. You will be required to work efficiently while being able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision. Additionally, you should be able to respond to queries from members to maximise attendance and engagement, maintain the Chamber database and develop an in-depth knowledge of the membership base.
This role will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about programme coordination and has superior technology skills. The successful candidate will be methodical with a good eye for detail, be well organised, have a professional telephone manner, and a flexible can-do attitude. Excellent English, in both verbal and written communication are essential. Reliability, efficiency, discretion, flexibility, tact, and a friendly attitude with the ability to get along with others is essential for this job.
It is expected that this position will also require the incumbent to have the ability to achieve results in the absence of continuous guidance.

General: Office hours are Monday to Thursday; 9:00 to 5.30. Friday Finish at 4pm. While AmCham is a flexible employer this opportunity will suit an individual who resides in a location commutable to/from our Dublin office.
Salary Range for this position:
€35,000-€45,000 DOE
Candidate:
Candidate will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week (this is subject to change).
Based at 6 Wilton Place, Dublin 2
