What We're Looking For:

• Experience – Previous retail, merchandise, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not essential.

• Customer Focus – A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.

• Flexibility – Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

• Team Player – Able to work well with others in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism – Smart appearance, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selling official event merchandise to customers.

• Operating tills and handling card and cash payments accurately.

• Replenishing stock and keeping merchandise displays tidy and well presented.

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and sizing.

• Working efficiently during busy event periods while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Supporting your team to ensure merchandise outlets operate smoothly throughout the event.
