We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Moorings Restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong customer-first mentality, and is capable of motivating and managing a dynamic team.

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.


• Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house team members to maintain smooth daily operations.


• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.


• Collaborate with the kitchen team and hotel management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


• Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets (including labour and food costs).


• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.


• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, team performance, and guest experience.


• Plan and execute special events and promotions in coordination with the hotel’s marketing team.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality dining environment.


• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• A passion for food, service, and delivering memorable guest experiences.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.


• Relevant hospitality or management qualification is desirable.
