What You Will Do


As a Banking Services Professional with mthree, you’ll play a crucial role in the financial services ecosystem. You will:



  • Support trading and operations across the trade lifecycle.

  • Analyze and mitigate risk while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Work closely with multiple business lines to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

  • Serrve as the Product Owner for an Agile team, translating business needs into actionable tasks (non client-facing).

  • Break down high-level requirements into product features using the Working Backwards methodology.

  • Conduct business and systems analysis to develop detailed technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers and architects to align product features with system capabilities.

  • Lead SAFe PI Planning, prepare and plan feature delivery with the team.

  • Define and manage user stories during backlog grooming sessions.

  • Prioritize the team backlog and approve completed stories.

  • Create clear documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

  1. What You Will Learn at mthree Academy



  • The fundamentals of financial markets, trading, and regulations.

  • The full trade lifecycle, risk management, and compliance.

  • Key industry concepts in anti-financial crime, project management, and data analytics.

  • Technical tools such as Excel, VBA, and SQL.



  1. What We Are Looking For



  • A 2.2 or higher degree (subjects like STEM + Finance minor, Law+ Tech & Finance Minor , Mathematics, Finance, Economics, and Accounting  are ideal).

  • A genuine interest in Banking and Financial Markets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hunger to learn and upskill.

  • Experience working collaboratively in teams (a bonus).
