Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced nanny to provide dedicated care for a 4-year-old child with autism (Level 2). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, be energetic, and be able to create a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and structured care for our child throughout the day.
• Assist with morning routine and school drop-off at 8:30 AM.
• Plan and engage in sensory-friendly and educational activities tailored to our childs needs.
• Support childs social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Pick up from school and supervise afternoon activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Light housekeeping in the home.
• Assist with toileting and personal care routines.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times.
• Communicate daily with parents regarding the childs progress, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a nanny, caregiver, or in a childcare setting, preferably with children on the autism spectrum.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Training or experience in special needs care, ABA therapy, or early childhood education is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and patience.
• Ability to commit to a long-term role and provide consistency for the child.

Pay: Up to 18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
