Job Title  - Embedded Security Systems Engineer

Location - Dublin

Salary - Up to €70,000

An experienced Embedded Security Systems Engineer is required to support a high-profile client site in Dublin. This is a fully on-site, embedded role, acting as the primary technical lead for enterprise security systems within a mission-critical environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of access control, CCTV and integrated security systems while building strong relationships with client stakeholders.

This role offers long-term stability, autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with a single strategic client.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Act as the technical lead for all electronic security systems on site

  
  


• 
  

  Provide hands-on support, commissioning, integration and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis and system optimisation

  
  


• 
  

  Support system upgrades, lifecycle replacements and improvement projects

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out testing, validation and system acceptance activities

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with project, installation and service teams for scheduled works

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in a planned rotational on-call rota for emergency support

  
  

Requirements

Essential

• 
  

  5+ years’ experience in the electronic security industry

  
  


• 
  

  Strong technical knowledge of:

    Enterprise Access Control systems

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Integrated security systems

  Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and system architecture

  Experience working in high-security or mission-critical environments

  Ability to work independently as the on-site technical lead

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  Full clean driving licence
