Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Driffield
Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

Castle Employment Group are working with a well-established and growing business in the Driffield area who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior finance experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day finance operations, including purchase and sales ledger processing


• Processing invoices, expenses and ensuring correct coding


• Carrying out bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end procedures


• Supporting credit control activities, including professional debt chasing


• Assisting with financial reporting and data entry


• Providing general support to the finance team as required

About You:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role is essential


• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail


• Confident using Excel and finance/accounting systems


• Good communication skills, both written and verbal


• Able to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team


• AAT studier or qualified by experience would be advantageous
