The Role

• Provide comprehensive PA support to partners and fee earners


• Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements


• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, documents, and presentations


• Handle billing, time recording, and invoicing for allocated partners


• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders


• Support day-to-day administration and operational tasks for the team


• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

The Person

• 3+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary


• Proven experience with billing and time recording within a law firm


• Strong organisational and diary management skills


• Excellent document production and attention to detail


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems


• Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
