M&E Coordinator - South Dublin

Project: Education projects - 18 months duration

Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor

In this role, you will divide your time between two education projects in South Dublin

Role responsibilities:

• Manage communication and chair weekly meetings between design teams and MEP sub-contractors to keep the project aligned.


• Track MEP sub-contractor progress against the master programme, identifying and reporting any variances immediately to management.


• Ensure sub-contractors deliver essential documentation, including coordinated drawings, procurement schedules, RFIs, and progress reports.


• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that installations meet specifications and standards, addressing any non-conformities.


• Enforce H&S policies by reviewing method statements, ensuring safe work practices, and actively collaborating with the site H&S department.

Role requirements:

• Qualified in electrical/plumbing trades, or hold a degree in Building Services/MEP Engineering.


• Proven track record as a Site Chargehand or MEP Coordinator


• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, MEP commissioning, and project-specific Health & Safety risks.
