Quantity Surveyor & Junior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

FT Workforce is currently recruiting for two Quantity Surveying positions in Dublin.

We have opportunities available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and a Junior Quantity Surveyor, both offering excellent long-term career opportunities.

Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

Salary: Dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading electrical company based in Dublin.

This is a commercial and financial Quantity Surveying role, focusing on managing and overseeing the financial side of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project costs and budgets


• Cost control and financial reporting


• Measurement and valuations


• Preparing and reviewing commercial documentation


• Monitoring project expenditure


• Supporting the commercial management of projects


• Working closely with project teams and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor


• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and commercial management


• Good understanding of cost control and project finances


• Strong numerical and analytical skills


• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Electrical industry experience is not required. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial and financial Quantity Surveying knowledge.

Junior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based
Start: ASAP

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading company with residential projects across Dublin.

The company currently has a number of residential projects underway, with two new projects coming up, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Quantity Surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking measurements


• Carrying out site checks


• Assisting with Quantity Surveying duties


• Supporting the commercial team


• Assisting with cost control and project documentation


• Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and project teams

Requirements:

• Quantity Surveying qualification or relevant experience


• Knowledge of the Irish construction industry is essential


• Understanding of how construction projects operate in Ireland


• Strong numerical and analytical skills


• Good attention to detail


• Willingness to learn and develop
