The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate valuations, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Relevant Quantity Surveyor or Construction degree


• 3+ year’s experience within the construction industry


• Strong communication skills & commercial awareness, understanding of construction methods, ability to do quantity take-offs, and experience managing contracts
