Site Manager

Salary & benefits: Salary of up to €85,000 + Company Vehicle, Fuel Allowance, Pension & Bonus

Project: Pharmaceutical project

We are partnering with a leading construction contractor delivering high-specification projects within Ireland’s thriving pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be working within a professional project team on a major pharmaceutical development, collaborating with clients, consultants, specialist subcontractors and internal teams to deliver critical project milestones in a highly regulated environment.

• Oversee daily site activities, including supervision of labour resources and coordination of specialist subcontractors.


• Assist the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving key programme milestones.


• Ensure all works are carried out to required quality standards and in line with project specifications.


• Enforce full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal company procedures across site operations.


• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to support effective site delivery and a positive working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant third-level qualification or recognised construction/engineering trade background.


• 2–5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role.


• Previous experience working on pharmaceutical, life sciences, data centre, healthcare or other highly regulated projects is advantageous.
