FT Workforce is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Manager for a well-established Irish property investment, development and construction group based in Navan, Co. Meath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, technically strong professional to take a leading role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and healthcare developments.

You will be responsible for the technical design, coordination and project management of multiple developments, working closely with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Combining technical expertise with strong project management skills, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on project quality, programme and overall delivery.
Lead technical design, detailing and development from planning through to construction.
Prepare and manage planning, tender and construction drawing packages.
Coordinate architects, engineers, specialist consultants and design teams.
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions and statutory requirements.
Review construction details, technical drawings, specifications and submissions.
Oversee site progress, quality, programme and compliance.
Manage project budgets, timelines, reporting and delivery requirements.
Support procurement, tender evaluations and contractor management.
Conduct site inspections and project coordination meetings.
Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies and utility providers.
Manage multiple projects across residential, commercial and healthcare sectors.
Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Ideally 10+ years' relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent technical knowledge of building construction, detailing and design coordination.
Proven project management experience within construction or property development.
Strong understanding of Irish or UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and project management software.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Full clean driving licence.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Experience across residential, commercial and/or healthcare developments.
Knowledge of procurement and contract administration.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
Familiarity with sustainable design and construction practices.
