Job Description

FT Workforce, a leading construction recruitment agency, is currently recruiting an experienced Site Foreman for a full-time permanent position with an established residential construction company in The Curragh, Co. Kildare.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential house building, with a good understanding of civil works and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman looking for a long-term position within the residential construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a residential construction site.


• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and site activities.


• Ensure construction work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.


• Monitor site progress and report to senior management.


• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.


• Coordinate construction activities, including house building and associated civil works.


• Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman on residential housing developments.


• Strong background in house building and residential construction.


• Good understanding of civil works and associated site operations.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.


• Good knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.


• Valid Safe Pass and relevant construction qualifications.
