Job Description

FT Workforce is currently recruiting for steel installation projects across Dublin. We are looking for a number of experienced Steel Erectors and one Steel Erector Foreman to join our teams.

There is potential for work up to Christmas and longer beyond for the right candidates.

You do not need to have an existing crew to apply. We are recruiting individuals to fill the available positions.

Positions Available

Steel Erectors – Multiple Positions

• 
  

  Install and assemble structural steelwork on site.

  
  


• 
  

  Position, align and secure steel components.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and follow technical drawings and installation instructions.

  
  


• 
  

  Work safely at height where required.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all site health and safety procedures.

  
  

Steel Erector Foreman – 1 Position

• 
  

  Supervise and coordinate steel erection activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret technical drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Organise daily tasks and oversee the installation team.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with site management and coordinate with other trades.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous experience in steel erection or structural steel installation.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Safe Pass.

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant tickets and certifications where required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read technical drawings, particularly for the foreman position.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of site health and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid permission to work in Ireland.

  
  


• 
  

  Own tools preferred.
