Location: Monaghan



Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible working hours



Type: Full-time, Permanent







Teamworx are delighted to partner with this family run business with operations in both Ireland & UK.  We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our clients team in Monaghan. This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, loves working with Excel, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be at the heart of the planning and logistics, making sure everything is accurate, well-coordinated, and on time.

If you like problem-solving, working with data, and keeping things on track, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:



  • Working closely with colleagues, leading the team while also managing your own workload


  • Being a go-to point of contact for queries, providing clear and friendly support


  • Using Microsoft Excel daily to keep records up to date and accurate


  • Helping to coordinate schedules and logistics to make sure operations run smoothly


  • Preparing and managing documentation to support compliance and reporting


  • Communicating with team members, external partners, and other stakeholders


  • Monitoring key deadlines and ensuring everything is delivered on time


  • Supporting transport and logistics processes, making sure everything is safe and compliant


About You:



  • You're a strong people manager, motivational and supportive


  • You’re confident with Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data.


  • You’ve got a great eye for detail and can spot errors easily.


  • You enjoy planning, organising, and keeping things in order.


  • You communicate well and can build good working relationships.


  • You’re able to juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.


  • Experience in logistics, compliance, or scheduling would be a bonus, but not essential.
