An industry leading
boutique hedge fund are looking to hire
an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team to work closely with the COO
and over see the day to day operations of the business. This is an excellent
opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who is keen on the
investments market to learn and develop within the business.

Role responsibilities include but
not limited to:

• Playing a lead role in the onboarding
  and ongoing administration and management of documentation for clients, funds,
  investors and counterparties
  
• Management and administration
  of business operations, facilities and systems’ infrastructure across the
  firm’s offices in Dublin and London, to include purchasing, liaising with
  various providers and cost management
  
• Working closely with the COO in
  the areas of financial operations (payroll administration and payment
  processing) and financial control
  
• Project management role for new
  business initiatives and the implementation and administration of required
  regulatory changes
  

Requirements

• A strong academic background,
  preferably with a relevant undergraduate degree.  Professional accounting
  qualification may also be beneficial but not essential
  
• Investment operations
  experience would be beneficial
  
• Strong numerical skills and
  excellent attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills
  and a good work ethic
  
• Willingness to learn and take
  on new tasks
