Job Title : Organisation Design & Development Manager Pay Scale : Administrative 1

Reporting directly to the Head of Organisation Capability, this role will form part of the Culture, Transformation and Capability team within the larger Human Resources Department. The Manager will be accountable for the design and implementation of organisational design and development initiatives which will enable the people and culture strategies withing the University.
As Organisation Design and Development Manager you will:
• Lead and guide organisation design initiatives, re-structures and role design
• Actively contribute to the development of career pathways for academic and professional employees
• Develop and drive talent management and succession planning approaches
• Communicate and present change related initiatives to stakeholders across the University
To be successful in this role you will need:
• An honours degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour etc.)
• 10+ years’ experience working within a variety of HR related roles with 5-10 years’ experience working as an Organisation Design and Development manager or specialist or as a senior HR generalist with an OD focus
• Proven ability to work effectively in a complex organisation, engaging at a senior level
• Proven experience of leadership within a change management initiative
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 1 salary scale (€66,868-€105,832) per annum) in line with current Government pay policy
Post status: Permanent
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
