Join our dynamic team in Dublin as a P2P Analyst, where you will oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay activities and spearhead innovative projects focused on crypto payments. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional P2P processes with cutting-edge financial technologies, ensuring efficient transaction handling and contributing to our forward-thinking financial strategies. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Performing and trouble-shooting vendor/BASE payments, both FIAT and Crypto
• Special Payment handling (tax & legal payments)
• Helping cash reconciliations at month end
• Assist with vendor detail audit reviews
• Help with AP audit requests
• Desire to work closely with developers and products that are building on the bleeding edge of the onchain economy.
• Own and operate all payments (grants, meetups, bounties, etc.) associated with the Base product within Coinbase
• Ability to work and communicate cross functionally with key stakeholders across Coinbase
• Continuing to innovate and drive improvements in payment SLAs and satisfaction working closely with the EAA and XFN teams.
• Communicate with Base payment recipients including troubleshooting payment related questions and ensuring a smooth experience
• Collaborate with Business partners to continually automate and improve process efficiencies

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• 3-5 years relevant work experience in AP/ Vendor Management
• BS or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in payment processing (EFT, ACH, Wire transfer, Crypto Payment a plus)
• Ability to work independently with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities
• Help with creating business requirements and testing of new system features

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting practices
• Familiarity with Crypto Payments
• Experience with ZIP and Netsuite
• Month-end close processes
