By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.\n\nNTT DATA is currently looking for a Payments Business Analyst - Production Support for our growing team in Ireland.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Act as a liaison between business, IT and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and technical deliverables.\n * Interacting with functional BAs, product SMEs, QAs, engineering teams and solution architects to provide walk through of the requirements, understand technical dependencies and work with them to deliver the solutions.\n * Provide content leadership in working with the clients in defining solutions to their business requirements.\n * Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc.\n * Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.\n * Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.\n * Translating business requirement document into technical specifications and analyse payment-related requirements.\n * Oversee or participate in UAT and resolve technical issues during development and post-implementation.\n * Relevant Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on Payments Domain experience in Low and High Value Payments, Cross Border Payments and key regulations \u0026 associated IT impacts, affecting the Payments market, such as Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), Instant Payments, Payment Services Directive, Open Banking etc.\n\n\n\nRequired Skillset\n\nDomain Expertise:\n\n * Must have in-depth solutioning experience in Banking Domain with focus on payments.\n * Good to have the ability to read and understand regulatory changes such as SWIFT / SEPA rulebooks and understand requirements.\n * Must know SQL/Oracle databases\n\n\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n * Should have the ability to understand As-is and gather requirements.\n * Knowledge of payment system and technologies (ISO 20022, EMV, tokenization)\n * Familiarity with Database, scripting, Microservice architecture.\n\n\n\nBenefits\n\nOur people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
