Payroll Administrator, Manufacturing, North Dublin

Our client is a well-established and thriving manufacturing business based in North Dublin. They now have an opportunity for someone to join the finance team and be responsible for payroll and accounts payable. This role will be office based and offers a friendly working environment. Role Responsibilities:

• Processing the weekly payroll for approx. 150 employees, completing all analysis reports, and ensuring all pension and revenue filings are completed on time
• Manage the accounts payable process within the company ensuring all invoices are entered and processed accurately on the accounts system and that all payments are made correctly and on time
• Completion of Weekly Wages Reports for Management
• Managing Supplier Invoices and matching invoices with purchase orders, coding and entering onto system
• Managing any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all supplier contact details and bank information is kept up to date
• Manage and process all weekly and monthly supplier payments
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Posting of all bank payments onto accounts system
• Providing monthly breakdown analysis of specific supplier invoices
• Ad hoc supplier analysis as requested by managers

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient with MS Excel - experience with Sage Micropay and MS Dynamics an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail required
• Possess excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Fluency in English is essential
