Role Overview:

About the role:

• Responsibility for processing and validating outsourced Payroll for multiple EMEA countries
   

• Interacting with People Services, Recruitment, Treasury and Finance teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory compliance
   

• Ability to work in a time pressured environment and maintaining accuracy is imperative
   

• Excellent communication skills required to give timely responses to internal stakeholder, employees and external vendors.
   

About you:

• Experience of preparing payroll information for computer input, computer output and processing exception items or those requiring special handling.
   

• Experience responding to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation.
   

• Great attention to detail to prepare, maintain, and compile various payroll records.

• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days at our Cork office at Mahon Point.
